3. (A) I first removed the 12mm bolts for the bracket that held the fuel filter in tact
(B) Once loose, you can pull the filter closer as needed to get leverage on the 14mm nut. Use the adjustable wrench (or if you can determine the correct size) to help break loose the filter. Once you have done this you will get gas run off, so make sure you wear eye protection. Once done unscrewing the nut, it should slide away from the filter.
(C) On the backside of the filter is a cube like harness, find the 2 sides with the squares and press them and pull the filter away. This should free the filter from the vehicle.
(D) Once free, unscrew the 8mm nut on the clamp to remove the filter, place the new filter in the same way as the old one, and reverse steps to put back in. You should hear a click when the filter fits back into the plastic harness.
